Return Process

  If you believe an item was misrepresented, email our support team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and detailed photographic evidence.

  Authorization Audit

  Our authentication team will review your claim; if approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Shipment

  Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and ship it back to our boutique using a tracked and insured service.
